"We seem to think we have control over this planet"- Ralph Steadman
About the photographer

Photography as a medium allows us to express ourselves artistically; from the use of a camera to capture a moment in time to natural processes allowing us to create camera-less images, photography is one of the most powerful tools of silent communication. Art and photography combined can give us meaning where there are no words. As a photographer, I strive to create personal and emotive imagery, producing artwork to captivate the viewer where every photo or piece of art depicts a unique story.

I am a recent graduate from Falmouth University, where I studied Marine and Natural History Photography. Throughout my time there, I developed my skills across a broad range of artistic areas. Learning photographic and film practice, I have gained the ability to use creative software to enhance my photographic produce. Additionally, having undertaken the marine aspect of the course has allowed me to explore a diverse medium, unavailable to many. This style of photography has become my preferred environment in which to work, and through working within animal welfare and conservation across the world, I have gained valuable skills that I have applied in many voluntary and intern placements. To support this work, I have completed a diploma in Animal Assisted Therapy and Animal Welfare.
